How to donate

Donate safely through our JustGiving account.

How is my donation used?

I thought the food used was saved from landfill.

Although most of the food we cook comes from organisations like FareShare, which distributes surplus food to charities, financial donations help us purchase extra supplies required for complete meal preparation and distribution.

Donations buy many other necessary items such as additional ingredients, herbs and spices, cooking utensils, and containers to package food for deliveries.

What your donations could buy

Join the 200 Club monthly prize draw.

Since the pandemic, Wivey Kitchen has cooked over 60,000 delicious, nutritious meals for Wiveliscombe and the 10 Parishes.

We need your help to keep going!

200 people donating £10 a month will keep Wivey Kitchen Running. All 200 Club donors will be entered into a monthly prize draw for a chance to win £200!

How to join the 200Club

Fill out the membership form.

We will email you back with your allocated membership number and our Bank Account details so that you can set up your standing order.

Contact your bank in the normal way to set up the standing order.

(As a small Charity, we do not have the ability to set up a Direct Debit, and on principle, we want you to have full control of your membership payments.)

Plans for more ways to serve our community

Wivey Kitchen services are expanding.

This year, we’ll open a community pantry.

We’ll also offer cookery classes led by our team of head chefs, services that we know are needed by many people in our community, including people who;

  • can’t cook for themselves or their family, or

  • can’t get out to buy healthy food

  • are having a hard time or are in crisis, or

  • would like to find out more about cooking healthy or affordable food
